President & Founder
With over 25 years of experience in specialized welding, Luc has worked on some of the largest industrial sites across Canada, including major refineries and pipeline projects.
His growing passion for machining led him to expand his skill set, making him a versatile and visionary leader.
Luc’s expertise and hands-on experience are key assets in the continued success and excellence of L.O. Précision.
Daniellle Leboeuf
Co-Founder
Danielle brings a wealth of experience from the corporate world, which she later complemented with hands-on work as a welding assistant on pipeline projects.
Driven by her love for teamwork and a desire to build something lasting alongside her partner, she co-founded L.O. Précision.
Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication continue to shape the company’s success and vision.
